If you don’t have the minimum number of children for a set route visit we suggest you visit on one of our free route days when we have no minimum number requirements. These days give you the opportunity to visit every area on the manor should you so wish in your own time.

Alternatively please ring our office to see if we can accommodate you on a set route day on 01787 310207.

It rained in Tudor England as much as it does in the 21st Century, so we carry on whatever the weather!
Please come prepared for whatever weather forecast.

On both set routes there are substantial parts of the route either undercover or where cover can be sought.

Yes. Kentwell Re-Creations are an excellent day out for disabled children. There is so much to see, hear and smell.

Please note though that wheelchairs may not be able to access all areas (especially those upstairs), although we provide ramps to get into the main buildings in the house. Also at rainy times there may be mud underfoot.

Carers for all statemented children may enter free of charge with their school group.
