Requests to confirm final numbers were sent to all schools on 11th May.
Have you confirmed your final numbers yet?
If you have not remember this...
You are being asked to confirm final numbers for the purposes of our issuing you with a final invoice for your visit.
Please note that if the numbers that come on the day are less than your confirmed numbers we will not amend your invoice, issue a refund, issue a credit note.
You may, if you wish underdeclare your final numbers for the invoice PROVIDED that you pay for extra children, and any chargeable adults, on the day of your visit.
When the invoice has been issued please ensure it is settled before your visit.
