How many free adults may I bring on my visit?

If you are unsure as to how many free adults you may bring on your visit to Kentwell Hall please read the guidance below:

You are allowed one free adults per 10 or part-10 children. So with 30 children you would be entitled to 3 free adults but with 32 children you would be entitled to 4 free adults. Similarly with 29 free children you would be entitled to 3 free adults.

We also allow 1 free adult carer for each statemented child who requires 1-to-1 care during a normal school day.

If, for instance, you are bringing 32 children and 1 of the children is statemented and needs 1-to-1 care, you would be allowed 4 free adults for the 31 non-statemented children and 1 carer adult for the statemented child allowing you a total of 5 free adults.

You may bring additional adults and these will be charged at £17.50 + vat.

If you are bringing additional adults you may choose to declare them on your confirmed final numbers, in which case they will appear on your final invoice, or you may pay for them on the day of your visit - but we expect settlement of all monies due on the day of your visit, we do not invoice for settlement later.
